Exercising Pre-Baby/TTC
Hi ladies! One area I really need to work on while I'm TTC: exercising! I don't do much especially by way of strength training. I NEED to change that! So, what types of exercises/schedules/tips can you give me? I go for walks a few times a week, but I don't have any exercise equipment at my house except for a Kettle Bell (and DVD) and a yoga mat. Any tips would be appreciated! My husband calls me the "weakest person he knows" based on my physical strength lol. I want to change that and change it for when I become a mom and have to carry a baby around! ;) Thanks in advance!
