Has anyone else experienced this???

Question

I was showering tonight and out of no where my heart started racing and the feeling of passing out came over me. I rushed out of the shower and finally felt better after a few minutes. Has anyone else experienced this? I suck at drinking water but I have been drinking today (Gatorade, etc) and ate Bfast and lunch with snacks in btwn. I'm currently 6wks4

Be careful taking hot showers. You were most likely overheating and that's not good for baby.

Heart palpitations are normal in early pregnancy. You might have gotten really nervous about the heart beating fast and the adrenaline kicked in and that made you feel like you were going to pass out. Especially being hot from the shower.

Dont make your shower quite so hot, that should help.

I has this the other day! Though the shower wasn't awfully hot. Everything started fading out around me. I was lucky my SO was with me at the time. I'm going to my dr about it as soon after i had a very small bleed and im considered high risk due to a chronic illness.

Has anyone else experienced this???
