1 artery inside the cord

I had and ultra sound today and I found out I have 1 cord and 1 artery? Has anyone experienced this. So far the baby has no abnormal and it looks healthy? My family has no history of D. S systems. I did blood work and it came out negative? I'm sick to my stomach and worried. Idk what to do
