PLEASE HELP!!

So a little back story, 5 months ago I found out I was pregnant. We conceived while I was on the pill. Due to that I miscarried at 6 weeks. 4 months on I just found out I am pregnant again just 2 weeks ago. So far everything has been smooth sailing and from my LMP I should be 5weeks 3days

This morning I noticed a little bit of brown tinge discharge but did not think anything of it. A couple hours later and I had more brown discharge and a tiny bit of cramping for a couple of hours. Fast forward to this afternoon and after I went to the toilet I wiped (sorry TMI) and it was pink. It wasn't much but the toilet paper was pick so I called my obstetrician and they told me to go in and get checked over. They did an ultrasound when I got in there and the sac was so small it was not even measuring 4 weeks yet.

Has anyone had this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I go back in 2 weeks for another check up and I am praying with all I have that everything will be ok.
