What can I take for a cold ?

Pregnant and 21 weeks had my whopping cough jab on Monday since then got a bad cold both nostrils are blocked what can I take to make me better ?

Plain Tylenol cold. Not the sinus or cold and flu One. Mucinex. And robitussin syrup. NOT robitussin DM. 
Sitting at my desk in front of the on call midwife and doc who said these are ok

Plain robitussin (the one with active ingredient guafenisin) regular mucinex, Vicks formula 44, Benadryl, tylenol, Neti pot, cough drops...

What about blocked nose sprays that you put up your nose ?

Im sick as well... ive been taking childrens tylenol syrup 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Vicks and cough drops. No syrups because they use alcohol unless your dr tells you
