At what point did you cave and by maternity pants with the belly belt?

Hey ladies! I am trying to decide when it's ok to cave and get those awesome maternity jeans! Thank you for your help!

I bought a belly band that goes over my pants so my jeans are unbuttoned but it just looks like I'm wearing a black cami. It's very convenient!

My sister gave me a TON of maternity clothes.  But I also bought some pants off of FB Before i was 18 weeks. I like comfort over style.

Purchased these from Walmart.com love them they are so comfortable and still look like regular pants. 17weeks

19 weeks and still wearing my pre pregnancy jeans. I've lost 30 lbs, but now my belly is the same size it was before. I did cave and get some belly bands on Amazon to wear with my jeans if I'm feeling bloaty, though!

I have a belly band thinking it supports your belly for your back but it's only at that point when your not big enough for maternity/bigger clothes but starting to grow out of your regular clothes but I bought a maternity top, won't buy pants as I feel it's uncomfortable to wear my waistband up so high 🙊

I'm about 21 weeks and have still been able to squeeze into most of my pants but I've been using an elastic around the button to make them expandable.  Thinking these next couple weeks will change that though!

They don't run in my size 😂 I'm a 00 and short sand I don't really want to order so I'm probably going to do the rubber band method with a belly band when the time comes

You only wear them for a short time so my reasoning is might as well get them earlier and be comfortable for most the pregnancy! (And get your money's worth - they can be expensive!)

Everyone shows at different times and if this isn’t your first then could be sooner. Go with what’s comfortable
