Working while pregnant

I worked while pregnant with my daughter and had no problems. I'm currently 15 weeks and 4 days and I started as a cashier at a restrauant in town. I haven't worked this pregnancy until now and I'm beyond exhausted😪😴 how do you mama's get through it?
