Sushi?

Does anyone know if I can eat sushi while pregnant? I know not raw but how about cooked?

I still eat it. My midwife just said as long as you aren't taking in large amounts regularly you should be fine, & make sure it's served at the right temperature. Don't eat left over sushi what so ever 🙅🏻

My doctor told me that the risk is for sushi left out when bacteria can develop. Sushi served in restaurants is flash frozen and then thawed same day it's served (generally) so she said that is perfectly safe.

I eat cali rolls or anything with the shrimp. Cali rolls hold me over

I ate veggie sushi (because I don't eat meat) all the time while pregnant.

Cross contamination. They would have to swap out gloves, cutting board, and knife.

I eat it all the time! Raw and everything. I do stay away from the high mercury ones.  And I only eat it from reputable places.
