When I'm having a manic episode I'll stay awake for days but always have energy and get everything done and go a million miles a minute.. everyone says it's like I'm on drugs (meth specifically they say) I really hate it when they say it though kind of hurts my feelings a bit cause I Can't control it.

My brother is manic and schizophrenic and is manic always and a lot of people think he is on meth. So yes. It looks similar.
