cold or flu at 9 weeks pregnant

so im almost 9 weeks pregnant and my baby came down with this cold that had her running temps for a few days, fatigued, off her food, runny blocked nose, irritable etc you get the idea... she still is sick but not as bad and well im getting it. blocked runny nose, sneezing, low grade fever, ear ache, tired ... anyway is any of this a danger to my little embryo? ive got vicks chest rub on and am all rugged up keeping fluids up too scared to take panadol .... just wondering if i should see a dr or ride it out
