Obese & pregnant
I need help.. my husband and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years with no luck due to PCOS. I have worked hard for the past year to lose weight. I've lost 53 lbs so far & I found out I'm 5 1/2 wks pregnant.. I'm still in the obese category(249lbs) & I am TERRIFIED to gain weight. I mean, TERRIFIED! How do I handle the hunger & keep the weight gain under control?
