Ovarian cyst during pregnancy?

I had my first ultrasound today. I'm 11 weeks and everything looks great. However I have a cyst on my ovary. The doc said it's common and nothing to worry about. Any of y'all had a cyst during pregnancy? If so, what did you doc say? I read where sometimes they will remove it if there are symptoms. I am currently having no symptoms. Thanks in advance!

I guess it's different for each woman, I had cyst in my ovary and found them while pregnant. I had it removed while being pregnant, worst feeling in the world.

I found out I had a cyst the same day I found out I was officially pregnant nothing happened and I'm 37 weeks now

They usually just keep an eye on it. Most cyst just burst on their own.

I had 2 and they dissolved themselves

I had a luteal cyst at the beginning of my pregnancy. Idk if it’s still there, but my doctor said they very normal.
