Ovulation after taking Provera

Hello all! I hope this is the best group for this post. I got off birth control in late March so it has been six months since I stopped taking it. I had one regular period right after and then one more 44 days later. I then did not have another period for over 100 days so my doctor prescribed me provera to start my period. The provera was 10 days and finally AF showed after another 5 days. I know everyone is different but I'm curious if anyone has had a similar situation and what happened after that? I'm hoping the provera put my body back on track and that I will start ovulating again. I'm wondering what my chances are of becoming pregnant at this point without having to take clomid or anything else. I would appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks!
