feeling odd...

me and my partner our trying for our first baby!😁 we only started around two weeks ago, when I had the implant removed from my arm. the last day or two iv been feeling really odd, my stomach feels weird like inside, not painful just weird. I'm not due my period for another 2 weeks and don't want to do a test yet because it's far to early? am I just over thinking things or is this possible 😮 someone please help! I don't want to speak to my boy friend and get his hopes up, and family do not no we are trying❤
