Should I hold him accountable?

Last night around 9pm I lost my virginity to my boyfriend and later that night we got high (a bad example for younger people, I know) but while we were high I was trying to take a cute picture of us and he kissed me and I forgot to press the button and he jokingly said “damnit kaylee” which wouldn’t bother except that’s not my damn name, it’s his ex gfs name. They were together for two years and it’s only been about a month since we’ve been together but it hurt and I cried and I don’t know how to feel about it. Do I hold him accountable for it? Is it okay to be mad? Should I just shrug it off since we were high?
