Is it normal for guys to get jealous of other guys?

I have a boyfriend and he doesn't really like me hanging out with guys alone or texting them unless he know them even then he doesn't really like me hanging with guys he gets jealous and he says it's the guys he doesn't trust not me I was just wondering is this normal behavior? Btw he also doesn't want me wearing tank tops cuz they show cleavage is this normal in a relationship
