Raw gnocchi?
Hey there id like your opinion. Today I cooked a recipe I read about where instead of boiling gnocchi pasta you roast it with vegetables for 20mins at 400F. I cooked it and it was delicious.
However after gobbling up the dish I got paranoid that perhaps it wasn't well cooked like when you actually boil the dough!
Could it be I ate raw dough? The gnocchi were those fresh pasta you get in the fridge of supermarket.
By the way I'm 26 weeks pregnant.
