Yes it is totally normal not to have a period on progesterone only birth control, there is no need for one

Yep its normal. Lots of people have their periods stop when they have the implant. Mine stopped for the first year apart from the odd light spotting. I'm on my 2nd year with it now and my periods are back but still very light usually.
