walking to induce labor
when you walk to induce labor, should the contractions start while walking or after? I've been having Braxton Hicks for weeks, very painful recently. I've been having what they call "lightening crotch" everyday, she's over 8 pounds, very low and head down. last Thursday, I was a centimeter dialated. I just walked 3 miles and up a really big steep hill. also, does anyone know of anything else to try besides walking and bouncing on an exercise ball?
