I’m at 4cm 90% effaced and at +3. I’m having contractions every 4 minutes lasting 2 minutes but the hospital just sent me home.. I went from 2 to 4 in like 5 hours.. I’m not even sure how I’ll know when to go back. I’m in pain having contractions and I’m just so annoyed. They said my sac was bulging too and to go home and eat and sleep.. I’m kinda nervous that if I do manage to fall asleep my contractions will slow and I’ll stop progressing.. ugh
