What is the most important factor to go into labor ?

Ma

I am wondering what is the most important of the 3 that put you into labor.

- baby's station

- effacement

- dilation

This question, because I know that some women can be dilated or effaced for weeks and not go into labor until their due date.

I'm currently on bed rest and meds at 35.4.

Consistent contractions, 75% effaced, 1.5cm, baby at -1 station ..

everyone is telling me I have a week or so but I keep reading stories that you can stay like that for weeks .. I'm just not sure of the details and factors that are the most conclusive for an early labor if anything.

-Update:

My baby was born on the 7th at 3.14 am after a very fast 9h of labor. It progressed so fast that it caught me off guard and whooped my butt. Got to the hospital at 10pm at 6cm, at 11.15 was 10cm. Pushed for 10min when my Ob gyn got here and done ! Baby girl was born 🙌😇👶🏻🤷🏼‍♀️💕. Birth story coming soon.

Be ready ladies 😉
