I'll lay down on the floor and take deep breaths. I'll inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth until I calm down, it helps a lot! Just focusing on your breathing in general is a very good way of dealing with it though..

Normally when I have a panic attack I get into a warm shower, the steam makes it easier for me to breath and the warmth provides comfort. I wouldn’t try to do physical activity because having a panic attack makes the heart beat fast and you breathing shallow as it is so I don’t see how running around would help but everyone has different ways to cope

marijuana helps chill me out. I smoke a bowl usually in the morning to help get me through the day and so I can have an appetite to eat, and a bowl at night so I can sleep and not have night terrors.

i was on klonapin for two years. it was the only way i could leave the house. I've been doing dbp since getting pregnant and I've had like 3 panic attacks in 8 months

I started taking fish oil and it has helped immensely, in addition to never having sugar or caffeine. I used to get panic attacks pretty regularly, especially in public. Now they are pretty rare unless I'm going through a particularly stressful time.
