I exclusively breast feed, tried formula and supplementing, he won't take it. my son is 8 months. any suggestions how to produce more? all I do when I'm at home is nurse and pumpl every chance I get.. Luckily he is a little piggy, he eats lots of baby food. I just need to pump enough to send over to sitters with him. which is 40+ hours a week. barely making it. I know stress causes to produce less, so I try and just do my normal routine with a shower and relax, but it hasn't been working lately and it's hard not to stress since it's my son's food lol thanks in advance!!
