Pains during exercise at 10 weeks?

I do (and love) Crossfit and I know that I have to take a step back so I try to take it (relatively 😁) easy. I'm now 10 weeks and my belly is starting to grow but is still very small and all bloat.
The last week I noticed discomfort from workouts I never thought I would get discomfort from. Like doing double unders. The sides of my belly started to hurt and I couldn't even do singles no more. Or box jumps, also the sides started to hurt so I had to do (stupid) step ups.
Is this normal? Are these my muscles hurting or my (I don't know the English word) those muscles that holds the womb 🙈. Is it dangerous to ignore these discomforts? Stupid question I know but the only thing I'm scared of is a diastase (my dr told me that's the only thing I should look out for) and I am barely having a bump. Thank you!
