Need prayers

Hello everyone, I had a miscarriage in November, and I am currently 9 weeks pregnant, I only know cuz of an early ultrasound!! Durning that early ultrasound they wouldn’t tell anything, seen my dr today and found out I have a healthy baby in my uterus, and something in my tube. Now I might have to go for surgery and I’m kinda freaking out! I have no idea how to think, feel or act! But the healthy baby is 9 weeks and I’m due May 2, if everything goes accordingly, and everything is okay!
