Very painful cramps

I woke up around 5:30 this morning to the most painful cramps I've ever experienced. I can't even walk because it hurts so bad.. it was so painful for me to poop and I was practically in the bathroom for half an hour sitting and standing over the toilet because I was in so much pain. I'm currently sitting in a hot bath which helps a little... why are my cramps this month so painful nothings changed in my lifestyle 😭 (maybe that's the problem ?)
