are you reasonable during your period?

i ask because i know on my first day i'm not at all

i've yelled at friends for sitting next to me

left a room because someone didn't say hi

and last fourth of july when i broke my ankle while on my period i limped to the family car and wouldn't talk to anyone cuz i was mad they didn't know i was hurt (i didn't tell them and the didn't see me fall)

these are NOT rational reasonable things to do and i always feel super embarrassed afterward and apologize to everyone profusely

but i was wondering if anyone else deals with this degree of irrational anger during their period
