It all depends on what coffee since there's a big difference on amount of caffeine depending on what you drink. A Starbucks coffee has a lot more caffeine that what you would normally brew at home so just keep an eye out for that.

200 mg is correct, but don't forget that soda, tea and chocolate has caffeine as well.

They say to limit your caffeine intake to 200mg per day which is about one cup of coffee. I have heard it's more dangerous to drink too much in the first trimester. I am a coffee lover and I cannot give it up (almost 37 weeks with heathy baby)
