Need encouragement to fight SAD

I've been working hard on losing weight all summer. I have not taken my actual weight because I find that frustrating, but I've taken measurements. I'm down an average of 4" all the way around. I'm working to be healthy for myself, but also for my future babies. (Husband and I are passively trying). I've got a couple things working against me though: A lifetime of depression and anxiety, which I am on medicine for, but that gets really bad when the sunlight starts disappearing. And my best friend and health advocate just moved away-she was the only one I had encouraging me to keep going. I'm a student so it is hard to make more friends and a really busy semester is dragging me down down down right now. I feel like I'm losing motivation and that annoying little devil on my shoulder loves exucses to not try... Help me, ladies. I need to keep this up through winter, I cannot be a hybernating bear!
