I'm wondering what post natal pill I should take, my daughter is three months old and I'm breastfeeding. There are so many to choose from. Has anybody tried the pills that help ur milk contents and Are. Multi vitamin, do they work?! Looking at Milkies nursing blend...

I continued to take my prenatal.. rainbow lite one a day. I BF for 13.5 months.

I take a prenatal and DHA while I'm breastfeeding- same one I take while I'm preggers. This time around it's the garden of life prenatals. They are the best.
