Freaking out...

I went for my Ultrasound on Monday and the tech said she could see the gestational sack but no fetal pole. They couldn't tell me what it meant and said I would hear from my doctor.

I get a call yesterday around 3:30 that she wanted me to come in for blood work and again on Thursday.

Basically they are thinking a blighted ovum, and I'm freaking out, because I just stopped stressing about how I'm not ready to be a mom (at 31, but I like my toys/independence) and started thinking about the future.

My fiancee is also freaking out and I'm sure he was crying yesterday, which I have seen or heard him do twice in our 7 year relationship and 15 years of knowing him.

I'm crossing my fingers until Friday, and hoping that no matter what happens, I am equipped to handle everything.
