Do I have a right to be mad?

Im mad because I wanted a Hp Sprocket which is like $126. My husband said "I'll get it when we have all our furniture and everything prepared". Well just now he spent $300 fucking dollars on a gun that is used and ugly as fuck! Which we live in an apartment and never hear anything about break ins. So I'm mad that he is so double standard, he says we really need the money then he spends $300 and didn't want me to buy something that I can find used for $80. Then a couple of days ago he says that its going tp take us a month or two to get our furniture. We could've used that $300 for the down payment. Do I have a right to be mad?
