My dog has a nervous pant. Constantly pants. Now my 9 month baby pants. Is this normal?

Lol yes! My son mimics our dogs all the time... panting, whining.... he also moo's and meows.

Lol monkey see, monkey do! At that age babies go through a phase of replicating what others do for learning purposes. He just happens to replicate the dog instead of you or your SO.
