question..
so long story short, i use to work out on a stationary bike for a few weeks, we had a flood in our apartment 2 different times, so i had to stop. . & its been a few months since ive stopped . . well ill be 6 weeks pregnant friday. . does anyone think itll be okay for me to start again on the bike. . if i start off slow & not work out as long? im not high risk & ill also talk to my doc but i just want some opinions. thanks ladies.
