I don't know how to deal

I feel so depressed because I feel like something is wrong with me I don't get periods for months at a time and I have to go to the dr every 3-4 months to get put on medicine to force my period. I feel like I'm infertile because of it. I feel like I can't talk to anybody about it because not many people know we are TTC
