So two days ago I noticed some pain in my genital area like a pimple was forming. There was no heads or bumps. Yesterday it was pain when I walked (now I'm a thick girl so I thought it was chaffing) so I took a picture

That was 16 hours ago. I took a picture just now and it's different.

Could this be herpes? I've been with the same man for years. Please help I'm freaking out.
