Yes I’m going to get “ya nasty” gifs and “ewww” but I have an issue and I’m absolutely making this anon because I’m gross. How the fuck do I break myself of picking my nose and eating it?!?! It’s so embarrassing and I do it without thinking about it. My best friend back in high school was unbothered by it and I remember her shrugging and saying “people with higher IQs do that” but obviously like.. no. I need help. Does anyone have advice?
