I can't tell?

So i read a lot about Braxton hicks and how you can tell you're getting one, but the way they describe it online .. it's like I don't even feel like I've ever had any. Maybe one or twice I don't know 🤔 . I don't really know how BH are supposed to really feel. I've had my moments of discomfort but still confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was having them before I knew I was! I thought it was just one or both babies stretching. It felt like they had their feet pressing against the bottom of my uterus, and pressing their backs/heads against the outside of my uterus. Also when I felt my stomach, it felt like as hard as the end of your chin feels (normally it should feel like the tip of your nose).

Sometimes I get pretty painful cramps, but sometimes my entire belly jus tightens it almost feels like my baby is stretching it in like every direction haha

Some women don't have them. I have them quite often. My stomach just gets really tight and hard. It doesn't hurt or anything.

For me my belly will get tight. I can see it and feel it from the inside and outside . I never had any with my first pregnancy but have them all the time at 31 weeks with my second.
