Has anyone else been through this

Found out i was pregnant a week and half ago. I cramped really bad the day i found out an d bleed a little. It went away. Last thursaday i had really sharp pains and started bleeding heavy for 15 min. Sunday again cramping really and light bleeding. Since Thursday i have been bleeding off and on. Its not enough to reach the pad only when i wipe. The bleeding and cramps get really bad when im on my feet for more than an hr. Today my breast stopped hurting and being hard line they were all week. I haven't noticed any clots but im worried i had a miscarrage and my body just won't pass it. Has anyone else gone through this and had a healthy baby. I have a Dr appointment Thursday the earliest one i can get. The stress is killing me. Its already been one week. I took another test Tuesday but i know it takes a while for hormones to drop
