I'm suffering from pregnancy depression is everyone else? Please tell me I'm not alone. 😭😭😭

Yes girl, you’re not alone. Between the weight gain, the lack of sleep, the constant mood swings and random bouts of nausea, it’s pretty common to be depressed during pregnancy. Best way to get through it? I’ll let you know when I know 😂

My anxiety got 50 times worse since getting pregnant. I have regular episodes over even the smallest things. Hoping to get back on my meds after this baby comes.

My depression has gotten way worse during pregnancy and I didn't stop my antidepressant when I found out I was pregnant (a lot of women do). I can't imagine how much worse it would be if I wasn't medicated.

I’ve had moments of just being completely overwhelmed and moments where I just don’t think I want a baby anymore and it’s terrifying. Then there are days I’m so excited and can not wait to meet our child. It’s rough but honestly the thing that helps me most is exercise. I was literally sobbing on the toilet one minute and then decided to work out and instantly felt better and stupid for feeling depressed about it all. But you’re definitely not alone 💜
