Ovulation pain?

Anyone suffer with ovulation pain? I normally get it very mildly on one side running up to my ovulation however this month I have got it on both sides and it has continued past my ovulation day ( got my peak smiley face Thursday morning) and it's painful enough to bother me ...

Yes, I also get this. I have pretty mild cramps for a few days prior, then on the day of ovulation (or once I ovulate) I have a pretty sharp cramp that almost takes my breathe away and it's there for about an hour. Then it goes back to mild cramps for a day or two. That's normally how I know.

I would get ovulation pain. I noticed it after stopping birth control (after 14 years). I had one really painful ovulation and was freaking out because I thought something was wrong. Called my GP and had an ultrasound where they said there was extra fluid and blood from the ovulation and it was just really energetic.
