Worst case of blue balls EVER😅

So basically I was shagging this guy for quite a while (it was his first time but not mine) and he just wasn't getting anywhere and I was tired as fuck so I told him to stop because it was sweaty n not very enjoyable. I got up to have a shower because we were both sweaty and I was like I'll leave you to take care of that (he didn't) came back and he convinced me to try suc him off and still nothing and I did a good job too then I was just like fml let's get food and he kept complaining about sore balls. When we were half way through eating at a busy McDonald's he started going really pale and told me his vision was blurry, I honestly thought he was just messing around when he put his head on the table but then he collapse and blacked out, luckily there was a nurse sitting at the table behind us she helped him up and we ended up in an ambulance to the local hospital.
