I don't know what to think 😩

So I'm been having "symptoms" that I fully believe are pregnancy but my period is usually irregular and it hasn't shown yet. So I don't know if I should just let go of the hope I have for this month....

I went to urgent care for this because physically I feel a lot of pressure on my lower abdomen it's not cramps but more like something is pushing down my bladder. I also feel very tight and swollen (almost as if you can feel my bladder being pushed down) when i check my cm this is along with other things changing in my body.

I'm not frequently peeing but it is also harder for me to release my bladder fully.

My blood pressure and heart rate have been crazy up and down which is causing a lot of light headed and dizziness

I've been so irritable and tired just exhausted lately.

I've even noticed some changes with my nipples just the last two days.

And when I did a urine sample for the urgent care it came back as traces of blood in my urine but no uti or infection

Ive have a sinus cold the past week (soooo much mucus!!)

Hips pains and cramps

I've been getting hot flashes

Heart burn

So much gas and burps

Headaches just so much but the swelling in my vagina and my cervix is what's conceded me the most I guess

I also have a tilted uterus. It's pointed back towards my spine and I feel like this is part of the pressure I'm feeling but I honestly don't know. I'm just driving myself crazy!!! 😩😩😩

Anyway urgent care said there's no way in pregnant. (They just did a qualitative urine test) and I still don't think I've missed my period I have a long cycle.

Help me out here!
