Getting my hopes up?

I still have an IUD in but I’m getting it out on Monday. According to eve last week I was fertile and my bf and I just so happened to BD every other day that week. I’ve been having light cramps on my lower right side this week. 3am this morning I woke up to pee and when I wiped I saw light pink blood. I thought it was AF so I put a pad on and got back in bed. But as I lay there I thought about it and realized AF isn’t due for 10 days. This morning I woke up and the pad was empty. I peed and wiped and there was brown blood on the toilet paper. Now I’m wondering if its implantation bleeding and if I’m the .3% that gets pregnant with an IUD in or if AF is playing with me. Fingers crossed 🤞🏿
