Mom appreciation post ❤

Ma

It absolutely breaks my heart to hear about people, especially young women, who do not have good relationships with their mothers. It got me thinking about my mom, and made me realize how lucky I am to have her. ---- My parents divorced when I was 6 years old, after my dad had an affair. Since then my mom has worked 2 full-time jobs, and still had time to spend with my siblings and me. She has given so much, and all because she loves us. She has always been so patient, so supportive, and so strong. She has held me while I've cried. She is always cheering me on from the sidelines. She has taught me everything I know. She's beautiful, independent, smart, motivated, and the best role model a girl could ask for. Over the years, many of my friends have known her as "Mom". Not only does she love her own children, but she has so much love to give that she has taken in several pseudo-children. She radiates positivity, and has only good things to say about all the people around her. My mom is a bright light in my life, and I am so grateful that she is my mom. I hope to be even half the woman she is. ---- Tell me about your mom. What makes her special? What do you love about her? What makes you proud to call her Mom?❤
