Going vegetarian?
So, I've wanted to reduce meat intake for a while but my husband seems to think I'm trying to poison him if there's no meat in a meal lol. I have a family of 4 and i guess I'm looking for suggestions, ideas, recipes etc to incorporate more whole fruits, grains, and veggies into our diet. I want to do it subtly over time so we don't have any gastric discomfort (hubby has no colon, but is connected, no bag) or fighting about what's for dinner lol. I don't think we'd ever end up fully vegetarian or vegan so eggs, milk, cheese etc are ok. Help a girl out :) I'm trying to keep us healthy!
