Non viable & heartbroken

Took 3 positive pregnancy tests on Tuesday. Went to the obgyn the next day and my levels were 26 in the blood test. They said it was low and wanted me to come back in 72 hours to make sure the numbers have doubled. Just got the results today... 25 😔. They are gonna test my blood again Monday and if it hasnt gone down they will have to give me Methotrexate if it doesn't pass on it's own. This was my first pregnancy. I am overwhelmed, scared, depressed Don't know what to expect other than lots of pain and blood.
