When will I feel movements?

I'm 17 weeks 2 days today with a baby boy. I have a doppler I use and just heard his heartbeat last night. Everything is going great. I am a little chubby (170 lbs) but not huge. I'm reading other people saying they feel movements by now and I'm really upset I haven't felt anything yet 😞 I've had one previous pregnancy years ago that ended at 8 weeks. Ready to feel some little kicks!

Most people don't feel it til around 20 weeks. It will happen soon!

since this is your first one that has progressed to this point you may not feel it for a few weeks. extremely common for the first time. it feels like bubbles popping at first :)

Feels like a little popcorn feeling and I know that’s baby, been feeling him on and off for a few weeks now. A lot more often this week ❤️ when using the Doppler you can hear his little kicks 💙💙💙

I'm 17+1 with baby boy (FTM!) and I've had no movements yet not much of a bump yet either! Still feels surreal xx

I'm 17w 1d and very thin. I haven't felt anything that I for sure know is baby, not gas. The things I suspect have never felt like butterflies, more like gas bubbles.

I just asked my OB about this, she said don’t expect to start feeling movement until 20 weeks (some feel it sooner), by 24 weeks you should feel some sort of movement daily, and at 30 weeks is when you start doing kick counts.

I'm 17+2 as well, no signs of any movement too. I was told that I had a anterior placenta so all I can do is just patiently wait. I've always been told to try talking to your baby, drinking something cold, exercise, or play music. Best of luck.

I was 19 weeks 2 days before I felt movement with my first and it was kicks. I never had the flutters
