Cartilage Keloid (TMI)

Hi guys I know this is gross but I'm trying to learn of some remedies people have used to remove keloids on their cartilage. I got both of these piercings about 3 months ago at the same time. I want them off nowwwww, any tips? (I'm flipping my ear foreword in the picture btw)
