Multivitamins/folic acid after 12 weeks
I'm just reading online reports from 2016 that say that the only 2 things needed are folic acid up to 12 weeks and then vit D for the rest of the pregnancy and breastfeeding (if you're eating a healthy, balanced diet). I'm 12 weeks now and running out of my multivitamins/folic acid. So I may just buy vit. D now to continue with as it will save a lot of money! Just thought I'd share what I've read online. Anyone else doing this?
